Modlin is the Chief Patrol Agent (CPA) of the Tucson Sector, where he served as the Interim CPA from November 2020 through August 2021. Previously, he was the CPA of the Miami Sector as well as Deputy Director of Homeland Security Taskforce Southeast.Chief Modlin will be accompanied by Deputy Chief Patrol Agent Justin De La Torre, along with Chief Modlin’s adjutant.
